Fill in our executive summary form.   We will then issue a letter of intent spelling out the terms of loan - what third party items will need to be obtained – cost of these items – the funds that will need to be advanced up front to pay for these items. Magnolia Financial Consultants will consider funding almost any real estate property type and business financing project in almost any condition, nationwide. A prepared check list of items that will need to be submitted to us with your formal loan package will be faxed or emailed to you.   Third party items will be ordered after funds are received by the invester. We can accept reports already provided by borrower IF they meet investers criteria   Invester will review loan package information and all third party reports when finished.   Invester will do a physical inspection of the subject property.   Loan will be closed through an attorney or title company in close proximity to borrower.
